About Us
Afleya is a startup committed to working alongside the construction industry to promote a more tangible and practical approach to circular construction. We develop digital tools designed to facilitate the recovery of resources identified through the Pre--Deconstruction Audit, encourage the reuse of materials, and facilitate the ecological transition on construction sites.

Who Are We?
Founded in February 2019 by Dominique Renard-Brazzi, the startup Afleya specializes in construction material management and valorization. Afleya is a member of the French Tech Paris Saclay network and the SQY Cub incubator. In 2021, it was an awardee of the BPI/Région Île de France INNOV’UP and European Metabuilding Seed programs.

Simplifying Reuse
Its offering aims to promote the reuse of resources from demolition and renovation sites, by prioritizing simplicity, feasibility, and tangibility.
Based on the accountability and collaboration of industry stakeholders, it primarily targets diagnosticians, project owners, and construction companies, and is structured around three types of services:

Applying the principles of the circular economy and the Lean approach, Afleya works closely with stakeholders on the ground, fostering their skill development and guiding them towards achieving rapid and concrete results. Its in-depth knowledge of the construction trades and its close relationship with professionals enable it to provide pragmatic solutions, capable of embedding changes in daily practices and ensuring their long-term sustainability.

Our Founder
Dominique RENARD-BRAZZI
Founder and CEO of Afleya
I have 25 years of experience in transformation, innovation, and performance improvement across two highly regulated sectors (automotive and construction). In 2019, I decided to create Afleya to contribute to addressing the construction sector's environmental challenge.
As a proponent of Lean management, my objective is to facilitate the environmental transition in the building sector by supporting professionals in their resource preservation efforts (waste reduction and material recovery).
How? By sharing my expertise and simplifying the integration of environmental criteria into renovation, demolition, and construction processes.
In parallel with Afleya, I am co-founder and Secretary General of the French Lean Construction Institute (IFCL), and I also teach Lean Construction at École Centrale de Lille and ENTPE.
